Hi guys, It's me.. lil gold. Long time no blog. Haiz.. I have this terrible habit of procrastinating and thus no blog entry for the past.. 1,2 ,3, 4....many months. Well, good news is that I'm back and trying to start again.My sincere apologies my dear lil fish. HAHA.. that post you ha with Brian kinda stirred me to come back. Thank him ya.. haha..

Just to blog a lil on my uni life so far..

Well.. orientation week was awesome. Met great guys and gals who were sincere and honest and a whole loads of fun. They're really a colourful bunch. They really did make me feel at home and we hanged out lots.I guess a lil too much till my studies were affected. haha.. But all in all, it was a great 2 weeks. Even after the 2 weeks, we hanged and it was great!!

However, fun don't last forever. The workload started to kickin.It was simple at the start, then the new stuff were introduced and here comes the stress express taking you into the path of anxiety. Man, it ain't easy studying meds especially if you are a last min guy like me. It's been hard changing my study pattern to consistent studying. in addition, needed to balance church leadership activities, dance crew, dance ministry, family time, lil fish time, outings and SLEEP. not to mention my very very bad habit of wasting time on the com. Haha.. not good man.. but it's been a great start in a way, cus I love what I'm studying.

However, I thank God for everything that has been happening this year cus life has been good despite the ups and downs. It's coming to a year end but I know it'll end off great. Thank you JESUS for this wonderful year..AMEN!!!

So sucky Term 2 is ALL over...yay!
just finished my term break...ughh!
n term break falls on the raya week break..so consider the same..SUI!
result's coming in 2 weeks time..die!
Term 3 officially starts now...*expression-less*
and it's gonna be so chilling..average 3 hours of lecture per day and that's all ^^"
after 11 weeks,I shall officially declare "The End" to Year 1..woots!
1 week of Sitiawan air was...WOW!
time with my fellow Sitiawan sampat was...wooohooo!
pictures?didn't take any..like we've always been XD
extra 1.5 kg in a week thanks to Sitiawan food...blehhh!

Here's the super backdated dancing video of Ian and his team,the IX during their ex-high school's Talent Night.Dancing as an invited guest,they gave a fantastic and impressive performance.Tho I wasn't there but I've got to admit,for ONCE I was actually impressed by a "DANCE".Even if it's just from the video.

And Ian,I'm really very proud of you =)
It's also a blessing that you've slowly impressed me with all your dances and I'm starting to not have those not-so-good impression of dancing anymore..haha!

So the Gold finally hit 19 today..
Wondering why am I here blogging instead of out celebrating with him?
Cause this man of mine is forever busy..haha!joking la..
For those who didn't know..he had started his degree in Medicine in IMU last week..
and they're now currently having their 2 weeks orientation..
IMU is very greedy,it takes up a total of 15 hours a day from him for 2 weeks..
his timetable for orientation is from 8am-11pm!

So here's the early birthday celebration we had,last Saturday..
I took this and he said I don't have skill..

and he took this...GOT DIFFERENCE mer?? =.=!
Yes,his hair is long and me no likey too...
and that's all the pictures we took..
I keep on reminding myself to take the picture of the good food we had..
and I only went "oh crap..I forgotten to take photo of our food" when we actually walked out of the restaurant already..

Recent update...
Thank God I'm still alive..Term 2 had not been treating me well =S
2 more weeks to end the term..Praise God!
1 week break then Term 3 for 11 weeks then I'M ALL DONE WITH YEAR 1!!

So this Gold of mine came back safely from his mission trip in Cambodia and bought these stuff for me..

I literally almost drop my jaw when I saw them..dresses and bag!hahaha..I've never even imagine before him buying all this by himself for me.. =) THANK YOU my silly boy! =D

Dear readers,

Ian had just left for Cambodia with his team for a mission trip and will be there for the next 9 days.

Just a small request from you guys to join me and help to pray for him and his team over there as I will not be able to communicate with him at all until the last day (14th Aug).

Pray for protection,safety,good health as they learn to adapt to the environment and food there,that they will not be exposed to any danger throughout the trip and lastly,pray that they will make an impact in the life of the Khmer people there and that many many life will be touched and transformed by the love of our Almighty God.

Sitting on the study table,trying really hard to clear up the juice-less brain of mine,worrying bout a whole load of work/assignments/assessments/presentations/reports/exhibitions at 1.36am,with extra ordinary swollen black and white eye isn't a very great feeling..

Those who know me well,you know how difficult is it for me to get along with numbers..
There goes this semester..ACCOUNTING,BUSINESS MATHS,OPERATION CALCULATIONS..
3 out of 5 subjects has got to do with numbers..
Never ending presentations and weekly traveling for projects and professional activities.
I'm so tired.My mind's exhausted.My body has worn out of energy.
And it's only the 3rd week of the semester.

Lord,give me strength.For You are the only 1 I could turn to at times like this.
Lord,help me to have stronger faith in You.
Lord,provide me with peace and comfort from You.
Lord,help me to control my temper for I often lose control of myself when pressure and stress caught up with me..
For I know You are my God,my Lord,my King,my Father,my everything and nothing is impossible with You.

I miss him a lot.
Missing the holidays where there's nothing to worry.
Missing the beach..the wind..the friends..the fun..
Missing the home where everything is taken care off.

On a lighter note,I scored well for Semester 1 =)

WE'RE ALIVE!!!!! X)

So..it has been an awesome holidays for both of us after Ian completed his A-levels finals on the 18th of June and Mich completed her term 1 on the 17th of June..
Currently,Ian's still bumming around waiting for uni while Mich had gone back and started her term 2..
One of the highlights is of course our Langkawi Trip together with Joewin Lee,Melanie Boey,Javan Ang,Jeannie Siek,Jonathan Chew,Gabriel Ngui,Pranav Divakaran,Mak Jude,Ding Zu Ning and Lee Pik Wen..it was A BLAST man!!!
It has been an awesome 4 days =)

After all the fun,Ian is now down with throat infection and lost his voice while Mich came back with cold and fever..all the langkawi not-so-nice-bugs =)

This so highclass hostel of mine doesn't have an ironing board so I have to iron my clothes on the bed..the height of the bed is where-I-got-burnt..
I don't remember how it happen anyway =)

SCREW GEOGRAPHY!!!!!!!There goes my geography test today....
I want Hello Panda..they're plain awesome!

This is Hello Panda
And they look like this...cute ler?

Classes had been fine so far and this term,I have this subject called Professional Activities.
It works in a way such that every Thursday of the week,we'll be sent out of campus to different places to experienced ourself how these places looks like and to collect more information for the final report which we need to produce by the end of the term..it's basically just like an exposure thing at an early stage..

1st week,we had a KL Tour which covers National Museum,National Monument,Merdeka Square,Petaling Street area,KL tower,KLCC,and some bla bla bla buildings..

2nd weeks,covered MTC (Malaysian Tourism Centre) ..was quite surprise to find quite many things to "play" there..chocolate factory,batik factory bla bla bla...

3rd week,headed down to Putrajaya..kononnya exploring Malaysia's Administrative City..
Some I don't know what bridge is it called
Putrajaya Convention Centre and this was one of the "most high class" meeting rooms in Malaysia.That lady was some I don't know what people in the convention centre who brought us around,and she told us this "this meeting room was built in (i forgotten when) and had only been used once which was during the OIC meeting in 2003..1 chair alone cost (forgotten how much) and is equipped with (whatever the technology is)"
So the point is,you built such an "expensive" room with such "expensive" equipment and technology and what so ever and its only been used ONCE?and which is 6 years back?

And then I was forced to get involve in some event which requires me to MAKE-UP and dressed up like this..

Yes yes,how many times can you see Michelle Yu Sue Ann dressed up and make up like this?

Miracles do happen tho =.=! it was just some random shoots by I forgotten who =D

All I could hear is just tick tocks from the clock,reminding me that every second is passing and it's not waiting for me.Thoughts of the day came filling up the spaces in between my brain.A lot of things,at times it is just a "wish".Will a heart be able to hear what another heart is talking about?Year passes,things changes,flowers changes.Flower is said to be one of women's best friend.Will it continue to put a smile on the face of a heart?You wish..I wish...We all wish..for something.How important is that something to us?Realistic?Unrealistic?make sense?make no sense?

I don't want a flower to be just a flower.I want a flower that smiles.I don't want a bee to be just a bee.I want a smiling bee,a bee that will not just take the goodness out of flowers and never appreciate it.Will this bee just like any other bees who just come to the the flower,get some goodness out of it and left?Leaving the flower behind to wonder,will the bee come back for more?Oh how interesting =) The sun is beautiful.The stars are wonderful.Will a bee in life brings beauty to the flower as well?I wonder..

We all have expectations.I want to smile together with this flower,and not expect too much in everything.And,I need coffee...badly!to enjoy the stars through the night =) for good purposes,so I will shine like the star as well in a place where stress is all about in life..

Hey people..Yes,long time no see =)

Sorry for leaving the blog so lonely for quite some time already.

Just to update you guys on what I've been up with recently.

I've settled down in Taylor's and has entered my 3rd week here =)

Well,many things happen during the past few weeks after I checked into Taylor's Hostel..but,let's just ditch all the not-so-nice story ya? =)

Thank God for everything is coming along fine now..doing good in both life and studies so far..

Coping and adapting well and still learning =)

Just wanna say a BIG THANK YOU to Ian for being so great by my side as I battle through 1 struggle after another,for his never ending support and care even in times where he himself was struggling with stress from exams.Thanks and love you =)

Lil fish's smile is so special to me. When she's happy, she makes me happy. IX crew, thanks for all you've done for me and the times we spent together dancing and all.. Those were real treasured moments and that's what got me to where I am today. It has given me confidents and it has helped me to realize the importance of using our talents to bless others. Thanks for teaching me that humility. Thanks Funky, Micky, Tony, Kai Xi, and Brian for your friendship. Love you guys man.

I seriously miss KL like mad...the people,the college and all =)
so here I am...I'm back in KL for almost a week now..
Will be leaving home again in 2 days time...sigh
Had been having PURE FUN catching up with my girls..Zu Ning,Mei Xin n Melissa...

Just a lil update on whats going on currently...
So yea,after a lot and a lot of thinking,consideration and decision making depression...
I've registered with Taylor's under twinning to do Tourism Management & Engineering..
Class will only start in April so I have another 3 long months of holiday...
Every day life now is basically :
*wake up at 10.30 - wake lil gold up (trust me,nobody would wanna do this job)
*some days cook or buy lunch for siblings when they come home from school
*try up some recipe and cook (i'm not bad in cooking d ok!)
*gym (yes,its time to burn away all the fats)
*be an all time driver..no joke...F.O.C

Lil gold is currently having his final exams so will not be expecting an update from him for the time being.Readers,sms and wish him all the best =D

Hey bloggers and readers, it's great tht we started a blog and I realize how important it is especially on a new year like this. Being able to just look back at the past 1 year and reflect is what we should have been doing. But being ignorant I didn't listen, so oh well, not gonna miss this year.. Dang...a year has passed so fast. i wanna thank God or all the good friends I've made in college,my new dance crew and my new youth zone tht i've been able to serve with. You guys hv been the best of friends.. AND OF COURSE MY PRECIOUS -LIL FISH-!!!

So,how was new year for me? Not normal man... First off, we went to Vonn's house for a zone party but 3 people couldn't make it. So it was left just 4 of us. Not much of a party huh...To make things worst, the 3 who were there were all GIRLS!!! The party was in a GIRLZ room!!! Dang.. I felt really outta place man. Had pizza, and since there was a guy in the house we decided to play ps2. But guess what?? no wires!!!??? So we ended up with a game of pictionary.

After the party, we went to church for the Watchnight Countdown like we do every year. And well... It was just a night of singing dancing and happiness.. And there I was needing to go to the toilet, but couldn't move cus it was sermon time. BUT GUESS WHAT!!! I held my pee from 2008 to 2009!! How cool does tht sound!

After watchnight, we went for supper with ANG family and well, u guessed it... ate again.. haha... ain't food great? But yep...what a night it was... Happy NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!
oh yea, before i forget,my youngest bro made the biggest achievement on the first day of the new year. He finished his rice faster than the whole family. Tht's gotta be a good sign..HAHA!!!

4 Days Of Christmas In A lil Town Of YONG PENG

You know how I posted tht on Christmas day, we imitate Santa Claus in a very unique way?Yep... besides the generosity and reindeers, tht's right...his big fat tummy. Well...food has been the major plan when i spent for fruitful days in YONG PENG.

Here's the journey's summary..

1st day
Journey was quite slow, bout a 3 hr drive to the lil town of Yong Peng. Nth much to expect but chickens and trees everywhere. I thought it will be like any ordinary holiday in the town but i was wrong.. A feast was waiting for us. uncle is an awesome chef and he cooked up a real good meal man.. Well.. tht was the highlight of A REAL BIG FEAST!!! Dang, words can't describe it. Tht's bout it for the first day.

Hey readers, ever realize that every christmas, we talk bout 2 things, either Santa Claus or Jesus.

Well, every Christmas it is a reminder that God gave His son for all of us because he loved us so much. So every Christmas, I try to give out gifts following the example of God. I was really glad when i saw the cheerful faces of people who recieved the gifts. Thank God no one complained bout a stomach ache after eating the cookies. Haha^^ Sadly the snowman cookie and star cookie coulldn't fit the bag so had to break it. All the hard work went DOWN DOWn DOwn Down down...... sadnya..

On the other hand, every year our tummies expand a few inches after eating a whole lot of stuff!!! OhHH the irony.... Just yesterday we had a huge feast, then today we had to finish the leftovers which is whole lotta food. There goes the 2 months of gym.. haha.. At least the tummy shows 'substance'. If you can't have muscles, have a tummy.. at least you look good enough to eat. jkjk... -lil fish- likes the tummy.. So i guess i don't mind it^^

Last piece of advice, is to have peace this Christmas and the year to come. Keep eating more pieces of food, so you can be a piece of the good looking tummy people in the world. This brings about world peace. So peace out DUDES!!

Those who know us well,you'll know why is it so.

It's Christmas!So,BLESSED BLESSED CHRISTMAS people !!!
As usual,my Christmas every year in Sitiawan is celebrated by going from house to house,singing carols spreading the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Going out as Sitiawan Wesley Methodist Youth had definitely been something great.Can you imagine about 100 youths coming to your house to sing carols?But that happened on the 1st night of caroling,which was on the 23rd.One of the places that had touched me a lot when we went out for caroling that night was during our visit to an old folks home.All my life,my goal is only to achieve my dream in my career,earn big money,big house,and lots and lots of expensive things i wanted.When i look at the people there,I realized that life is JUST NOT about all the things and wishes I've stated above.Looking right into their eye,I saw the desire of attention,love and care they long.I could see the smile on their faces when all about 100 of us were there.When the carols were sung,they clap their hands,raised up their hands and said *good..good..very good*..and when we went around shaking hands with them,I saw the tears in one of the uncle's eye.My heart really sank that moment.Is it time for me to step up to help and to reach out to these people who are in need and do something more meaningful in life instead of just chasing after MY own dream,MY own desire?The question really hit me.

24th night,which was last night,we were split into two groups as there were more houses to go.It was a pure fun night.In one of the houses,a very big house belong to one of our friend,they just shifted in so there were still quite some stuff that has not been completed.This is my conversation with Alan (one of my geng members).It took place by a pond in the house.

Alan : Damn big and nice man
Me : THE!!
Alan : Eh,go tell uncle (the owner)...uncle,your pond got no fish la..can I be your fish and stay here?
Me : *laugh my ass off

Well,all of us had fun and the two groups combined together again for the last two houses.
Tho our feet hurts like mad...us girls,were wearing heals around from 6pm to 1am.IMAGINE!
Sweating like crap,and every step we take there'll definitely be "aiyo...PAIN ah..faster!!!"..

Hi to all ya bloggers out there! We finally decided to blog our hearts out. Guess u guys were right. it does connect people^^ Well it certainly brought lil fish and I closer as we venture a new beginning in this relationship. She being a few hundred km away is really depressing as i can't be part of her life as much i have been this past year. Thank you blogspot for letting me!! haha.. the lame king has entered this blogworld!!! watch out! My alias will be known as lil gold.. Those who know us would know why..

Bored at home most of this holiday. Stupid exam la! Only two weeks left to doom's day. That really sucks. Good ol cousin from australia just came back so i gotta spend time with him.. He's another lame dude. So went out lots!!! Bye bye studies.... here we go again, craming last minute studying like all good malaysians. haha..

GUESS WHAT!!! I finally learned how to bake the cookie that i have always wanted to bake without burning the kitchen down!! awesome man... btw.. no people were sacrificed for this baker. ALL stomachs were healthy in the process.. *i hope* it looks good too.. i call it, cookie with a heart of christmas. a special peppermint heart in all cookies. Speaking of christmas, BLESSED CHRISTMAS everyone and HAPPY BDAY JESUS!! Remember to wrap yourselves in wrappers.. because YOU are a present to someone.
